Our realtor Tim Hart was highly recommended by my trusted colleague at Montana State University. We moved from NY to take the teaching position at MSU and were looking to buy our first home. As a first time home buyer, we cannot thank Tim and his team enough for their dedicated guidance and support during the whole process. Tim spent a great amount of time educating us about every aspect of buying a home in the area. He never tried to hurry us and made sure we understood everything including specific terminologies and laws.... read more

She listened as we told her what we were looking for in a home and then matched our wishes with those homes available. Once we selected the home, Lori's team... read more

Tim invited us to a few zoom meetings to answer some preliminary questions and make sure we felt comfortable with their style. We immediately could tell Tim was honest, transparent, and very easy to work with. He never pressured us throughout the whole process and always made sure all ... read more
