Waiting for return call and prescription refill for 6 days!!! Left four messages , got text back saying someone would reach out, no one ever did. I wouldn't use this office if it were the last one on the face of the earth. Who's watching what's going on???? Thank god it isn't a critical prescription or I would have to go To a hospital for care. Nightmare

Dr. Hart and Mo the PA were great! My dealings with the front and the billing department were not. I asked multiple employees there the cost of a procedure many times before I agreed to have the procedure done. I paid the quoted amount at each visit. After I had already paid the quoted amount at each visit, I was contacted saying they made a mistake and that I actually owe double the amount that was quoted per visit. I am really disappointed and this is very unprofessional of a business to behave this way

I’m very disappointed. They sent me a completely different pair of shoes to those I ordered. I have sent two emails and received no response. Would not recommend this company.

it seemed like a good doctors office. However, a good doctors office can become bad if no one knows what they’re doing. Unfortunately, the front desk doesn’t know what insurances they take. The doctors don’t know what costs extra and ultimately ended up wasting my time. Tatiana should not be helping customers as she has no idea how customer service works “what do you want me to do about it” should never be a response to a customer.
