I had an appointment on 3/11/2026 at 11AM for a diagnosis for transmission concern. Taking my car here was the most STRESSFUL experience I have ever had when dealing with cars. 3/11: the computers go down so they can’t update my car. 3/12: my car is now overheating (5 years I’ve owned this car has never overheated) the cooling fan has broken. Only if absolutely necessary will I return to victory, and that's only if previous work that's under warranty. I had solenoid issue which cause my engine light to come on, paid over 700 dollars to fix, that's fine but the original problem I took there a week prior still exists, weird coincidence the engine came on after my visit, but anyway fair enough. Service department has taken a drastic decline over the years, had my car in for a front end noise and was told they couldn’t reproduce it. Took it to loyalty Nissan and they found the issue in 15 minutes.
