UPDATE: called the dealership to follow up per the business’ response. The nice young lady that answered the phone gave me the name of the person I needed to speak with and he is one of the managers that will not return my call or respond to my email. I have given the dealership more than 45 days to resolve the situation. I now have an open case with Nissan USA. Under no circumstances would I recommend this dealership to anyone!! Very unorganized.
Warning: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ‼️ I tried to get my car from them fixed and they told me it would be $3,000 to get it fix. I then tried to trade it in because i couldn’t afford the repairs they putted me in a newer car but messed up the paperwork with the bank. The finance employee that handled my paperwork either quit or got fired. They ran my credit numerous of times after I signed a contract and also called to renegotiate the contract. I had an appointment on 3/11/2026 at 11AM for a diagnosis for transmission concern. Taking my car here was the most STRESSFUL experience I have ever had when dealing with cars. 3/11: the computers go down so they can’t update my car. 3/12: my car is now overheating (5 years I’ve owned this car has never overheated) the cooling fan has broken.
