No answer on the phone after multiple tries. Seems like this place is out of business just like the car dealership

My new truck didn't have a manual. I've been told different things multiple times. Supposedly it's been ordered and will be sent. But it's been a month. I was happy but now incredibly disappointed in the service from the dealer. I don't even know when to. Hange the oil!! No manual. Can't use the features. Can't maintain it. Just terrible. I consider this a huge problem but the dealer doesn't seem to care. Very sad to be treated like this.
