Took my ford escape hybrid 09 cause I kept on getting a check brake light. Took it to 2 others before and found nothing wrong. Hart motors came recommend from a friend of mine who is also a mechanic who works for the city! Hart made me feel their trustworthiness and because of their many years of experience. My car is running pretty good because of the Great mechanic. If I could give Hart Motors and Ari Hartoonian a O if I could. I was recommended by AAA tow service to Hart Motors because they were the closest auto repair in the area. After getting an estimate that was posted "FREE" on their website and other advertisements of Hart Motors, I was charged $150.00 for the estimate because I decided NOT to use their services because the estimate that Ari gave was 50% more than what another repair shop quoted. Terrible customer service, unreliable, unprofessional, rude. not recommended at all. Takes a long time to repair and then you have to return it multiple times to fix and finally nothing.
