Lots of understanding, and concerns for details with their equipment. Answered questions and left a call back number if I thought of any thing 🤔
It was a long way to go from where I live, clean fast and efficient service
Service was great they even brought my walker right to my room. Answered any questions that I had.
I’m not happy that my supplies can’t be delivered to my home. I’m not able to carry equipment to the car or pick it up. I think they could at least offer curbside for the Henry Ford main hospital.
Bad communication. All they do is put you on hold and tell you what they don’t have.
