Hart has been blatantly negligent to my brother in law as they have been unable to provide him the proper mattress for his condition despite all of the paperwork provided from the doctor. My brother in law has suffered since January 2025 with a bedsore and had a mattress ordered. Place is horrible! My Dr gave me a script for a medical unit. I have called and spoke with 3 people who promised me a call back and I haven’t received a call. Customer service is the pits
