After my dad died I had 2 oxygen tanks to return, 1 with a Hart sticker. After standing there for 15 minutes while they looked it up, a manager came out. She defiantly, aggressively refused to take the 2nd tank. It was an emotional experience for me, yet she treated me like a vagrant scammer. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
Staff was unhelpfull and repeatedly denied service cause "it was almost tune to close" guess they didnt have enough time to let us get a knee scooter post surgery. Never got it in the end after over 3 weeks of trying i strongly urge people not to go here staff was clueless and lazy and its especially bad when someone is horrible at there job and are in the medical field
they never have what im looking for and when you walk in o one talks to you or even notices you are there!
