I had a specific request for wound care. Ive been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and a Utilization Management Nurse for 25 years. When I explained my dilemma , I was given a flat no response. There were no offers for any type of assistance nor was u told what the cost would be if I paid myself. Homecare could have resolved the issue but won't mentioned.
