Had my uncle reach out since I knew they’d be able to handle his issue. I’d like to know why whoever he spoke with, was being so obnoxiously rude? My uncle is of South Asian descent so I’m aware his name isn’t common but it’s not impossible to pronounce. All I know that it was an “older woman” and instead of treating him like potential clients and with respect, she continued to demean him because his name was “hard” to spell. Couldn't understand Atty, he mumbles. Doesn't answer direct questions, lies, writes up false allegations against innocent tenants. Tries to terrify tenants and uses threats as opposed to finding out what's going on because he is being lied to. He does not have an open mind. He is representing BMH N DEL AMO GARDENS WHO THIS ATTY WAS BROUGT IN TO GET RID OF TENANTS. WITHOUT HEARING BOTH SIDES, HE TAKES WORD OF MGR FOR TRUTH - BIG MISTAKE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CONTINUE HARASSING TENANTS WITH FALSE ALLEGATIONS
