will never buy again!. sales person was nice. we bought for export. the cluesless finacial manager was not able to put our german adress in the buyers note. he promised next day. it never happened. now they say they can t do. that was a part of the deal!!!!!

Unfortunately, I had to bring my car in for a check-up only a month later, but he was extremely helpful again, so I didn’t feel bad about it at all. I recently visited Kia of Frisco and got help from Joon. He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and, more importantly, really listened to my needs — something that’s hard to find in a salesperson these days. Unlike many others, he was genuinely attentive and caring. Even after I bought my car, his kindness didn’t stop there, which left a lasting impression on me.
