I found Dr. Hart and his staff to be helpful, courteous and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.
Do not go here. The Doctor is very nice but if you have issues the manager is VERY rude!! Will not be back.
Jeers to the office staff of Hart, Glen W II OD on Richmond Rd. Although Dr. Hart has always been excellent his staff has lacked politeness and respect. Not only were they incredibly rude from the moment I walked in for my appointment, but exceeded with their disrespect to the degree of talking about me in front my husband while I was in the eye exam room. I realize Dr. Hart may have little control over his staff and their actions, but I would rather pay the entire cost of an eye exam than to deal with his staff again. I wil... read more
