I received a tour around the hart house. Thanks to the staffs. I find their workout equipments are fine. But the building itself looks historic inside and outside. I prefer a more modern setting with air conditioning in the summer. Unfortunately most area still do not have AC. I was sweating just walking around the hart house. The only area I felt some AC was the shower area inside the change room. I think the building would be feel warm and cozy in the winter though. Just not for me in the summer.

On 13th of September 2024 (before the tariffs), at approximately 5:00 PM, two staff members — Tommy and Eve — asked me to remove my shirt, which displayed an image of Donald Trump, on the grounds that it had allegedly “offended” another gym user. I was not behaving in any disruptive manner. I simply wore a piece of clothing representing a public figure. Yet, I was singled out and censored. I subsequently filed a formal complaint.
