Todd showed up early on the scheduled date. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He made recommendations for the best quality of service concerning our two A/C units. We found his work to be neat, professional, necessary and complete. He needed to use our hose and when he was done, he rolled it up and returned it to where we store it. I would say the ultimate service by the best cooling systems company in the valley. Cooler Tymes is the best and we will always work with them.
We called twice to inquire about getting an issue with our AC resolved. No one answers the phone. We left 2 voicemail messages and 2 days later, we never so much as got a call back. Luckily we found an HVAC company in Camp Verde who answered the phone, responded quickly and came out to make the necessary repairs.
