Furnace stopped blowing warm air, but Hart responded almost immediately. Marcus, who was very friendly and courteous, replaced the igniter,and now we have heat. Really appreciate the quick response and professional service we received!
Hart Heating and Air replaced our 17+ year old 80% efficient furnace with a 96% efficient Temp star furnace. Their team arrived promptly at 8am and took the time to lay down protective blankets on flooring, and worked efficiently until the furnace was fully installed. Paul came out to give us a quote when we purchased a home with water in the soft duct work in our crawl space and to advise on what we could do, as well as a new Bradford White hot water heater. Ultimately, we had 5 companies quote and went with Hart. Pricing was incredibly fair and the work was top notch. We have since had him back to advise on how to improve the interior, and he helped with our air intakes and fixing up some floor registers that were poorly done.
