Emily gave me a hair gloss to refresh my color, and she did so amazing! She picked the perfect shade that I was looking for, and gave me a 10/10 blowout. My hair has never felt better 🥰
This is my third time at Hart and Harlow with Emily. She does a fantastic job and my highlights are better than ever. She’s always very concerned that I leave with what I asked for and it’s always a happy experience.
I had a wash and blowout with Emily and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. My hair turned out flawless—smooth, bouncy, and exactly what I wanted. I loved it so much that I booked another appointment on the spot!!
I was in a pinch and they were able to fit me in for a cut last winter. The hairdresser was friendly and the place was very nice.
