Al operated a taxi & ambulance service in addition to his flower shop. In the early 40's Howard Downing lived down the street from Al's home, he started working there as an ambulance attendant and in the flower shop. Hart then bought out Art Coudrey's Flower Shop, located in the back of the old Hires Root Beer Fountain at 12th & I street across from the Post Office. Bd of Director I always go to Hart Floral whenever I need the best in floral arrangements. I often need last minute service and Hart floral has never failed to deliver on time. I work with many "not for profit" groups and whether it is for a large group or a single order, Hart Floral gives equal attention and the same fine service. This is a high quality business!
Judy I have used Hart Floral for many different occasions, my wedding, anniversaries, birthdays and holidays. They have always done an outstanding job. I do not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and associates. I have been told by those that have used them that they have been very pleased with their arrangements and presentations.
Hart Floral is heartless My experience with Hart Floral is long but I will try to keep it short. I had to plan my father's Military Funeral. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I did not order from the internet but went down to the store to ensure I was ordering the flowers I wanted. Since we were having a Military Service I wanted to order a "red, white, and blue" arrangement. I choose the FTD Crimson & White Standing Spray. But to add the bluebells would cost 20.00 more so I said I would add them myself. The tota... read more
send a posey Beautiful floral shop! You will always receive fresh and creative flower arrangements from this store. They even carry some gift items. I don't know if they still carry balloons...but I use to get them from there also. Priced competitively.
