Arrived for my appointment. Cowardly Doctor Hart gives receptionist a note. Receptionist tells me the doctor will not see me for failure to have paid my last bill. However my bill had been paid by my provider but his staff had not entered that fact or what ever mistake was on them. Treated me like s h i t. So F_ _k them. Looking for a new provider!
His first course of treatment, once you get past his obnoxious front staff is pain meds. He is rude, narcissistic and does not listen. Run, do not walk away. I had a sore knee and he wanted to treat it with pain meds and steroids BEFORE any imaging.
Arrived for my appointment. Refused to see me citing unpaid claim. Verified claim had been paid and Hart had 6 months to notify me of a problem and didn't! Had a week before todays appointment to notify me and he did not! Wasted my time!
My family has gone to him for over 25 years. His inept front desk person called me and cancelled my appoints. I asked why and she gleefully stated they were closed indefinitely they have my file! And I'm sure I heard him in the back. Who does this?!!!
The receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. Trying to get him to call in a prescription is too much for him. Look somewhere else for a primary care provider
Dr. Hart dismissed my Dad when he went to see him with a lump in his chest. Dr Hart told him that “men don’t get breast cancer” and did not call in a scan on three separate visits. Due to this gross lack of basic care, my Dad went undiagnosed for nearly a full year under Dr Hart’s care and now has Stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized to most all of his bones, causing fractures in his ribs and back. As a member of the health care community, I have been very impressed by Dr. Hart. He is universally liked by all of his patients I have encountered. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who values a family physician who provides the highest quality healthcare in a compassionate and personable manner. In an environment with 2 competing healthcare systems, Dr. Hart's stands out as an independent practitioner, who is not beholden to corporate management who often do not place patients as their top priority.
Dr Hart is the worst of the worst. Refused to treat or diagnose my condition despite being my dr for over 17 years. He told me to go out of town for treatment. He never even did a physical on me ever. I have a new doctor and found out I had long term kidney disease and lupus. He needs to be reported to medical board
Have been seeing Dr Hart for over 15 years. Very good doctor, through annual exams, Actually sits down with you to review all lab reports. Doesn't rush and listens to your concerns. Recommend his office!
