The staff is rude and heartless. But it's no wonder that the Dentist Hart (aka) Butcher, has the same rude and heartless attitude. The boss is the example of the team, How he acts is what he permits at his place of business. Change starts at the top. I went to his office today to ask for more pain medication because he had ripped my tooth out my mouth. Hart Dentistry is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever seen. I waited for almost two hours to hear the Mr. Hart arguing with their IT person, then arguing with their assistant. Then making comments the adults on Dental Cal should only be for children. I sat in the chair and could see other patient’s personal information. Including children!
