I had the best experience at Hart Eye clinic! The staff is amazing and Dr. Hart is extremely kind and knowledgeable.
This practice is amazing! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience there and highly recommend if you need an eye doctor and live or work close enough to Medina to go there, do it! Their business model of customer-forward service and honesty is so appreciated. In a time where most healthcare interactions feel transactional, Hart Eyes makes you feel like they genuinely want what’s best for you, the patient.
In a day and time when making money seems to be all that matters, I am truly thankful I decided to take a chance with Hart Eyes! Now most places are friendly and helpful, and the staff there definitely are as well, however I never felt like I was there just to give them money. Dr. Hart was very thorough with me, from the examination, to the results, the issues I was dealing with, and her recommendations. I’ve found myself an optometrist, Hart Eyes has a new patient.
These ladies at Hart Eyes are the absolute best! Nice office, state of the art equipment, online booking available, and extremely efficient and knowledgeable.
