Dr Hart didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but he was 100% correct. After he recommended Hopkins for more tests, and I saw one of the top ENTs in the world, everything Dr Hart said was confirmed.
Cold, rude and abrupt. When I wanted to show him pictures of how inflammed my son's ear had been he dismissed it ('i don't need to see them')and would not look at them. When I explained I had taken him to Johns Hopkins for treatment, before I could finish explaining that there was no other ENT's locally that would treat my special needs son, he implied I was going there bc of the esteemed reputation of Hopkins....in a mocking tone. (I did not want to drive an hour and a half for treatment of of an inflamed infected ear.)
He saved our son's life by performing an emergency surgery to remove an abscessed lymph node within a few millimeters of his carotid artery.
