Poor attitudes. Worse EMC ever been forced to use. Jackson EMC is an example of much better service.
I always pay my bill right on time and just don't understand why my road has no power since Friday morning. I live on blue hole Rd in elberton. All the roads that we are connected to have power so why have we been skipped
Hart EMC comes through EVERY SINGLE TIME we need them - without fail. We think they deserve 5 STARS ask the time!!!
It's stupid you can't call and pay your bill. They want you to go online and pay through a website....
