Terrible experience. Started off ok. Paid him snd basically never finished job. Poor communication. Takes weeks for kevin hart to return any calls. Had st least 10 "no shows". Would never ever recommend them.
Hart has done work for me and my wife in our master bath, roof and basement. They do high quality work at a decent price, and I highly recommend them. Bill R.
