Do Not Use this Company. Our home warranty service assigned us to Hart. The guy has been out here 3 times and has spent less than 15 minutes in total here. He supposedly replaced both the control board and the thermostat but he never stayed around long enough to make sure the AC worked after the "fixes". After the thermostat was replaced, my husband looked at it and it was the same thermostat we originally had with the same contact information from the original installer and the same stains. The same things happened to me that was described by the previous reviewers. This company is a scam. They come out and collect the diagnostic fees and then you either cant get in touch with them or they come up with weeks worth of excuses. Do not use them.
CALL ANOTHER A/C COMPANY!!!! Brian was the technician that came out and he is completely useless! I have American Home Shield and they assigned Hart Heating and A/C to diagnose and fix my a/c problem. My a/c has been broken for 13 days now. Brian didn't even look at my outside unit until the 4th day. He doesn't call to keep you up to date on whats going on, nor does he answer your calls. Bryan was the technician that came to my house and I'm pretty sure he is the only technician if you can consider him one. He was extremely lazy and completely worthless. He didn't fix my problem and refused to answer my phone calls. When he did answer my calls he gave me a time frame on when he would be out and then did not show up and that's when he stopped answering my calls. This worthless company doesnt even deserve 1star. TERRIBLE customer service. Bryan was the technician that came out and he was lazy, rude, and never fixed the problem after two visits. We finally had another company out, US Air, that diagnosed the problem within about 2 minutes of looking at our unit. Bryan's incompetence caused the hole in our ceiling to double by the time we got Josh from US Air out to correctly diagnose the problem.
