The most disgusting offensive treatment of my life. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I went to this doctor less than three months ago and described all of my issues and the medicine I take. Before making them my primary care I ensured that I would not need to come in every time I needed this particular medication and the doctor personally reassured me I wouldn't. Worst in Elizabeth. The wait time is ridiculous you would think your in the worlds busiest Emergency room. I once had to wait 7 hours for the doctor to see me. The office opens at 9 but the doctor doesn’t come in till 11 so you sit and wait for 2 hours. Once the doctor comes you still have another 2-3 hour wait in the waiting area and when they finally call you inside the room there’s another 1-2 hour wait. It’s ridiculous, people have things to do.
