I had took my daughter there and the staff was nice and friendly set her up To be evaluating they set her up with a appointment l call to verify the appointment they gave me a different day from the day the first person game so when I call the day, they are supposed to come. I stayed at Harsha very recently. The unit was very stressful and chaotic. There were techs that really helped me and gave me really good advice. I suffer from addiction to alcohol. Morning and evening techs are great! Night shift Nurse doesn’t take concerns serious and me and my roommate could hear her and other techs making fun of patients. This is the worst mental health facility my son has been to yet. He has had many acute stays at a variety of mental health facilities. This place kept him for only 3 days and put him on the exact medicine he was already on before he went there. The staff were very young adults and I’m sorry but I do not believe a 18-25 year old person is anywhere capable of handling the children that are placed in these facilities. Extremely disappointed in the services they provided for my 8 year old just a few weeks ago. On top of the communication be basically none, he returned to my care with bruises and his glasses completely broken after his stay. I was trying to be compassionate when he told me about it, and me letting him know to advocate for his needs no matter how big or small they are.
