I have been renting from these people for 4 years now and I’ve been reading a lot of these reviews as well. Their places a lot of them are old and clearly over time a home whether it be a house or trailer or even a small apartment are gonna have some issues. Anytime I have ever had something go wrong they have someone here immediately. First place I rented from them the fridge went out in the first couple weeks and the same day I called they went out and bought a brand new fridge. They aren't completely terrible but they took a long time to come out and do maintenance at times, and they kept the deposit based on some pretty stupid things. The house was already in pretty bad condition with a leaking roof and bats in the drop ceiling, but they made a fuss about blinds missing a couple bits. There are definitely better places to rent from around BR. They also had some oddly high fees before move in.
Wonderful people
Literally the worst experience of my life! Part of our roof caved in, we had bats into the apartment from the ceiling, and then we had a leak in our bathroom and their solution was to tape a note to our bathroom that said, “use the rec bathroom to shower from now on” Seriously, total slumlords.
