RecommendedWe went for dinner with friends over the holidays and had a GREAT experience! The speakeasy themed atmosphere is so fun, the food is great, and the staff are wonderful. We can't wait to come back!
Staff did not wear masks. It's entirely unfortunate that management has made the blatant decision to unnecessarily endanger their guests. Their food is excellent, one of the best. I hope that this decision to disregard health and safety precautions doesn't result in the business closing. Best of luck.
In the past we have loved this spot, but the lack of masks and disregard for social distancing has tainted my opinion of the establishment. I'm sure I'm going to get a nasty message about this, as others have, but this isn't just a "rule that I like." This is parallel to food and safety standards that have always been in place for restaurants. It's just a shame.
Visited for the first time tonight with my daughter. We should have walked out immediately but by the time I figured out what was going on it was to late. The hostess, no mask. Bartender, no mask. Owner, no mask. Server, no mask. 2 servers had masks on. It was VERY uncomfortable. I’m not from Sheboygan. I’m wondering if this type of behavior is why there are so many cases in the area? Attacking people posting bad reviews is not a way to keep business. You coming to their tables without a mask IS ABOUT SERVICE and 100% a legit thing to leave a review about. If you can’t safely serve you guests then maybe find someone who can wear a mask like it is mandated BY LAW.
I LOVE Prohibition Bistro and Harry's Diner. We often frequent Harry's Diner for breakfast and I will NOT be going back! I have not been to a restaurant since March and a friend and I decided that we would go to Prohibtion and sit on Patio and get back to dining out, safely. All of the guests and employees were required to wear masks. That is fine. our favorite date spot. last Tuesday they helped me surprise my fiance for her birthday, spreading rose petals and flowers all throughout and around our table. it was very romantic and the service was excellent. the food is always top notch and the view from the deck seating is spectacular. they even have a few different vegetarian friendly options on the menu which is something usually hard for her to find.
