Worst agency I have ever talk to, the nurses are unprofessional, rude, lacking compassion or empathy, the nursing supervisor or so he says he is, says he has no control over the behaviors of the nurses, he can’t do anything about their unprofessional behavior of a nurse, who is suppose to come work with a child. I felt like I was in the twilight zone talking to those people. I am in disbelief that nurses like this exist.
