I called this shop to see if they could give me five pounds of brisket, on a long weekend at 3 in the afternoon. Julian saved the day and had it put aside until we got there. While there, he greeted us warmly and he gave us some helpful instructions on how to make the brisket, moist and tender. The brisket was a hit and tasted like something out of a five star restaurant. Discovered the best tenderloin steak in Calgary (and I shop a lot at specialty butcher shops to know). The steaks here are pure, high-quality meat. I think I’ve just found my new go-to for bbq nights!
