RecommendedI went in for a belt for my riding mower and they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Big name store looked for 10 minutes and just told me they didn't carry it. I'll be going there for all my mower and lawn equipment parts now.
I bought a TORO lawn mower about two weeks ago from Harry's went today to ask a question, The question was dose TORO make a rear big wheel drive mower, the answer was no. OK I used the mower two time's, so I was wondering to trade up or exchange for rear drive model. The answer was you bought it it''s yours .The counter lady needs to brush up on her people skills ,I've used Harry's for more than thirty years .Time to find a better place to shop. You get treated better at the big box stores. to bad
gal behind the counter will give you the wrong part and does so not very nicely Called them about wanting to buy a spark plug, gave them manufacturer and part number off of old plug. Asked them if they had in stock before I drove there. They said they did. Drove down there, told lady behind the counter that I just had called about this spark plug, and was there to pick it up, and she then wanted to see the plug. I didnt have it with me, and asked why the manuf. and part number that was printed on the plug wasnt good enough. ... read more
