Harry was the best!!
I brought in two rings: one with a crooked band, another with a missing stone. While they don't typically cut or set stones, the associate kindly offered suggestions on nearby spots I could try to look. Additionally he fixed the band right on the spot since its crookedness was relatively minor! Excellent work. They were able to resize a platinum band from 6 to 4 with no trace. After they polished it the ring looked better than I ever saw it. Definitely top notch craftsmanship and would highly recommend.
