Today was our second time here. It was horrible from start to finish. I do understand that you had staffing issues today,however, certain things that went wrong had nothing to do with staffing. Food first time was mediocre,this time it was not good at all. Our 2 visits had one thing in common,we had the same female server. She was bad first time,and horrific this time. Great place for a night out with good food and a party atmosphere. Plus a great live trio.
they charge a service charge for 5 people and over. my husband asked for Amber Bock at $5 and they charged us $9 per drink instead for Goose island which they argued he asked for- not recommended.
Great atmosphere and excellent food. Good selection of drinks to suit any palate. Cosy inside!
