I went in to simply replace a battery for an older but very nice quartz watch. The gentleman was extremely polite. He replaced the old corroded battery but showed us that the watch still didn't work. He offered to just return the non-working watch with no charge for his time. He also offered to have watch fixed. He will provide us an estimate in a couple days at which point we can proceed with fixes or just come back and take the watch back, all with NO charge for his time. I want to say thank you to harry for simplifying what was a daunting process for my fiance and i. we went to 14 jewelers looking for her engagement ring, including the diamond district in LA. my wife is choosy to say the least. ultimately, harry helped us source a sapphire in the very specific shade of blue she wanted and got it certified with gia. we have since been back for custom work to round out her set. we will be returning for her next piece of white gold and sapphires. harry's a good guy, customer oriented, and more ... read more
