Overpriced. Jewelry was cheap and breaks. Avoid this place.
I went in to simply replace a battery for an older but very nice quartz watch. The gentleman was extremely polite. He replaced the old corroded battery but showed us that the watch still didn't work. He offered to just return the non-working watch with no charge for his time. He also offered to have watch fixed. He will provide us an estimate in a couple days at which point we can proceed with fixes or just come back and take the watch back, all with NO charge for his time.
