Such a great company and staff. Harry is a-mazing!
I wanted a certain type of wool carpet that I did not see in the showroom . I let the salesperson know and he was on the phone with an answer right away that they have it. Throughout the whole process I was always informed of the shipping dates , install dates ect... I really enjoyed working with a local company that cares what the outcome will be . They have secured a customer for life.
I intended to explore at least three proposals to replace carpet in our home but after walking into Harry’s Carpet store I did not need to look further. The employees of this company are extraordinary, proud of their job. The communication after I placed the order was efficient and punctual. The installer arrived on time and when he pulled up old carpet he discovered beautiful wood floors!
