SO- their food is pretty good (2.5 or 3 or so) - but we recently had an experience which was SO bad that we'll never go back. What happened is that we had ordered take-out and stopped by the restaurant to pick it up. We should have checked the bag carefully because when we got home we realized that one of our meals was missing.
