5 Star : My Experience Harry’s on the Hill is an exceptional dealership. The staff are all professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Today I had a broken windshield replaced on my new GMC truck and had it serviced while it was there. Glad I bought my truck there and will definitely continue to return for service. Shout out to Wayne Pressley in the Body Shop for patiently helping me deal with my auto insurance. Finally, thank you for now accepting AMEX.

0 Star : My Experience Some repairs were not done, have to bring car back to finish the work. The car was been at Harry’s since July 12th picked the car up July 31.
5 Star : Likely to Recommend I think they want to do a good job and believe quality work is important to them. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Communication throughout the lengthy process was not good. They were generally responsive if I called, but did not keep me informed of delays or finish time. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Folks were nice, polite and responsive.

I was so upset/frustrated by being hit by another driver and then having to deal with the hassle of a rental car, insurance and repairs. Harry's was the one part of this whole thing that was smooth and easy!
