Wondering why it wasn’t ordered prio to the appointment. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Staff very friendly but didn’t notify me that it wouldn’t be ready when originally thought on the Friday before memorial weekend because the part hadn’t arrived. I was able to take it for the time being and then found out on the Tuesday after holiday that the part wouldn’t be there till the 16th,

5 Star : My Experience Getting into a car accident is a scary, frustrating and stressful event. When my car was hit on the highway, Harry’s came highly recommended by my dealer. I had never been in an accident before and was overwhelmed with trying to navigate the process. From my first and (hopefully) last interaction with the folks at Harry’s, it has been a very positive and comforting experience. Chris and Dale in particular were the 2 employees I worked with most. Thanks for your patience and hard work y’all!
