0 Star : My Experience I waited 9 weeks for my car to be repaired. I left 5 messages for a representative to call me back with my 1st update. My 2 party check was deposited by your team WITHOUT my signature. I was told by a MANAGER my car would be placed last in the repair line when I voiced concerns of this entire unpleasant experience! I would be fired on the spot if I spoke to a customer in my workplace that way.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality The repair took longer than expected but that was due to unforeseen issues from the accident it was in. 5 Star : Customer Service Shawn from the auto body shop was very professional and I would use the company again based on my dealings with him. He kept me informed and updated on the vehicles issues and progress.
