Harry is the most honest dealer around if you want a second opinion just take it to another shop which he will gladly do. Other then one other bad buying experience from another lot we have bought several cars and have always been treated great. Harry is a great guy and its no wonder he has been in buisness for thirty years its repeat buisness
I thought i was a loyal customer ...bought 3 vehicles there...always paid on time...last vehicle had a hard knocking noise two weeks after purchase...owner went for ride with me up gable hill and actually said "what noise? i dont hear a noise?" was it because i was a female? idk...but i know i will never buy from them again...and i have a good source who tells me that whatever they ask for down is what they paid for the car!
If Harry s had a website, they would get more business than they already do. It s hard to find the time to go there and look at cars, and then not finding one of interest and wasting the gas to get there. So I highly recommend getting one. It makes things a lot easier for the customers, and all of the other dealerships at least 90% have websites, so it would be good for the competition! :)
I bought an 02 F250 from Harrys 11/2009. It had a few things wrong with it but Harrys team was more than happy to fix them all. After the repairs were done they even brought the truck to where I work and dropped it off. When I need another vehicle I most certainly will buy from Harrys again. I have and will continue to recommend other people to Harrys.
You couldnt ask for better people to do business with. I went through very hard times a long time ago when my kids were very small and I could barely make my car payments. I came in around Christmas time to make a payment and Harry came out and asked if he and his son could take my (then) 4 yr old daughter to Wal-Mart to get her a little present. I have done lots of business over the years and he has always taken good care of me. The service has always been good.
I previously bought a car at Harrys and I was a loyal customer. I went back after my car had died to buy another (I have no credit and its so hard to build it!), and they said No!! My husband is in the Air Force, and Id be moving-they treated me like I was going to run away with the car, even though I paid on time before--I thought Id at least have some credit there, you know?? So now, Im stuck-I cant get to chemotherapy and I have to continue to depend on others to get to the store when needed. They dont care what your situ... read more
All I can say, these people dont care about you at all....I used to work here at Harry auto. These guys buy all there cars at actions, half of them are wrecked,and they just do the very least to make these cars run. All im saying, is be careful, and do a background check on the car before buying...........
I have been a customer at Harrys for 3 years and I have not had any problems with Harrys Auto. They work with you in any way they can. Many of my family members also feel the same. I would recommend Harrys to others and for the workers they are all nice and friendly all the time.
