I was on vacation and had problems with my jeep. They were able to get me in on the same day. Mind you they knew I was in a bind and could have taken advantage of the situation. The exact opposite happened. They called me to let me know what was wrong and charged me a very fair price. Kudos to Harry's for making the best of a bad situation. Thank
