My husband and I had a deeply disappointing experience at this store with Carmen. Her unprofessionalism and duplicity was baffling and unacceptable. We expected Harry Winston’s service to reflect the brand’s reputation for exceptional care, however Carmen made us feel disheartened, especially given the significance of our wedding bands.
Store manager was very aggressive and asked a lot of personal questions and kept pushing on showing different stuff.

We found my engagement ring here after searching for it for a few weeks. Maggie helped us select a ring and go through the process of sizing it appropriately. More than 2 years later we came by to have the ring inspected and for maintenance since we were in the area. Ariel helped us out this time. Not only did my ring get taken care of but we were also given amazing chocolates to try. Beautiful jewelry, they truly are the best. Thank you, HW.
