Harry is wildly unprofessional. He represented me in the sale of my home which is a hugely stressful, high stakes event to begin with. Harry took awful photos that I had to redo (and then he delayed replacing them on the listing despite my urging). He wrote a very short and inaccurate description of the house - claiming a new AC which was actually over ten years old (among other things). He did not follow protocol throughout the process.
