I rang Harry with a question. I needed a couple of spare roof tiles. He actually came over to my house, checked and measured the kind of tiles I had, just for a few bucks-worth of spare tiles. He was friendly, helpful, accomodating, and incredibly generous with his time even though it was only for a few spares. I strongly recommend him.
