I had such a fantastic experience with air duct cleaning! I got in touch with a reputable air duct cleaning service and managed to schedule an appointment for the following week. Worst experience I have ever encountered. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. We paid for a service that ended up not fixing our dryer at all. I called the number maybe 20 times because our issues was not resolved, and every single time, without fail, they told me a "manager" would call me- or a technician was on the way- or we have put an emergency service request in.
