No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
