Dr. Snapperman has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. He is very thorough, caring and extremely competent. He makes a point to know his patients and treats each person with respect. His office staff are friendly and professional and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Dr. Snapperman as a primary care provider.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this family doctor friendly? Yes
