Outdated, Overpriced and Incompetent – It's unfortunate, really. Decorating one's home can and should be a fun experience. Let's be real, you're not curing cancer... You're shopping, figuring out your aesthetic, making your home. However, this experience can turn into frustration, disappointment and anger when working with Mr. Schnaper. -Doesn't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. -Is REMARKABLY overpriced. -Takes months and months to not accomplish the simplest of tasks. -Talks badly about other clients and one can assume he's saying the same nasty things about you -Not trustworthy. ( I learned to double check my invoices) Just a bad experience, overall. Live and learn!
