This is hands down the best guitar shop I have ever been to. They are knowledgeable, polite, answer all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb. I have bought two guitars from them know and will not buy from anywhere else. Their prices on new items are spot on and the prices on used gear is outstanding! Their teachers are awesome too!

Helpful Where It Counts I judge a guitar store on two things: How do they fix their mistakes, and how many of my keeper guitars came from that store. I've been going to Harry's for over 25 years and in the rare case where there was a problem, they fixed it. I have 11 guitars in my collection, and 6 are from Harry's and I travel all over to try out lefty guitars. Don't Bother with them I bought a guitar online from these turkeys. They flat out LIED about the condition of the guitar I purchased. Buyer BEWARE of anything they say as they will tell you anything to sell you something!!!

I bought a guitar online from these losers. They LIED about the guitars condition. Told me it was pristine yet when I received it there were scratches al over it and a nice sized ding right on the front. LIARS! BE WEARY OF ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT WHATEVER YOU ARE BUYING!!

Worst guitar shop in Raleigh... Multiple issues... – Worst guitar shop in RALEIGH bar none! Multiple bad interactions and I've finally learned my lesson. 1. Went in to ask a simple question about a problem with my guitar and their guitar tech wanted his standard bench fee just to answer my questions. (I didnt even have the guitar with me!) 2. Rude and inconsiderate We went in for guitar picks this afternoon .... sales clerks hovered about us but didn't ask us what type we needed or where to find them, just sort of let us wing it... We found the picks we needed and went to the register, wallet on the counter, handbag set ready to buy, you know the drill.... there was nobody behind the counter, nobody asking to help us, and when someone *did* get behind the register, they helped THREE PEOPLE check out before us, even though we were there first.
