This place was recommended to me. I called to ask for help on switching insurance. I had called progressive customer service about 2 days ago for a quote & because of this she stated that i need to contact them instead. She wouldn’t be able to pull up the quote ID# from a different agent. Okay cool. I explained I wanted to work with an agent at this location since it was recommended to me by a friend.
