Went here to purchase a chain, fix an already bought chain, as well as purchase a new bracelet. Since the purchase my necklace has broken 3 times. Sent back to get it fixed 2/3 times then just gave up. Bracelet was no different, broke after 3 weeks of use. For the amount I spent with them I am highly unsatisfied. Going to bring my broken chain and bracelet to a different jeweler to fix their mistakes.
We had a great experience with Tracy who knew we were just trying on engagement rings and not purchasing. They had a beautiful selection of rings and she took her time and was very kind to my daughter. I would not hesitate to shop here again.
I went in to look at earrings for my one year anniversary and I do not know the girls name who helped me, but she did show me ones that I really liked. But when I mentioned that I wanted to check out some other options at other stores and said I was gonna go check out Kay’s before I made my purchase. I have been going to Harry Ritchies in Eugene for over 12 years now. I have had wonderful experiences with Jessica and Tracy. They are professional and know jewlery well. They always show me the perfect pieces. I only shop this location!
Alanna has helped me and my wife pick amazing pieces for about a year now and Blake as well the environment is always welcoming and they make sure everything in budget to be able to it home. Couldn’t love the team there more!
