Dr. Hembree is such a sweet and caring provider. She comes into our appointment having reviewed your chart and other medical information to ensure the discussion is relevant and informed. She takes time to connect with you as a person and answer any questions you have.
Dr Arnold has been my Doc for a 100 years, well forever anyways. Always given me the best care and advice. Seen me thru Cancer, Gout and Old Age. Thanks Doc.

Fast, efficient, professional office staff. Short wait time, Dr. Arnold is very pleasant and gets right to the issue. Explains everything very well.
Annual check up with Dr. Middlebrook. Doctor is someone who takes time to listen to you. I had congestion and he checked to be sure it wasn’t going to be bronchitis. I had questions on vaccines. He gives detailed information about pneumonia and shingles vaccines. Dr. Jack Middlebrook is a great doctor!
Based on my annual physical a few years ago, Dr. Middlebrooks uncovered issues with my heart and kidney. A few months later I had surgeries to correct the issues. Had Dr. Middlebrooks not identified my heart issue, I could be dead now. Dr. Middlebrooks also spends plenty of time with me each year letting me have the opportunity to discuss any number of health ropice. I feel I am in good hands with him.
I can’t say enough about his professionalism. A great listener and very patient. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. I am a very grateful patient.
